Finally Some Decent Riding!

Overall, this winter hasn’t been anything to write home about. Persistent deep slab instabilities (reports of large, destructive  avalanches have been reported daily for the last two month)  have been plaguing our state’s snowpack, keeping everyone in check and making conservative terrain choices. Bec and I have had the opportunity to check out some amazing places on our runs, so here’s a brief summary of what’s gone down since May. Continue reading So It’s Been A While…

So after last weekend trip with LT and Moe, Bec and I took a trip to Moab ourselves to ride some mellower trails and even do a trail run.

We made it to our campsite after work around 12:30AM Saturday morning and nabbed a few hours rest before hitching a ride with Coyote Shuttle to the top of the Magnificent 7 Trail AKA Mag 7. Again, these guys were awesome. Continue reading April 20-22: Moab, UT (again) and the Beginning of Training for my First Ultra-Marathon
